EcoFert, Inc. is proud to welcome the Torrance Unified School District (TUSD) as a new client. EcoFert has completed installation of fertigation delivery systems for all 29 TUSD facilities. These delivery systems will allow EcoFert to apply specially prescribed soil amendments through the irrigation systems at each TUSD field.
As stated by Lou Franson, EcoFert’s President, “TUSD took this bold step of contracting with EcoFert to install fertigation systems, apply special amendments and consult on best maintenance practices for the Torrance Unified School District based on EcoFert’s proven track record of significantly enhancing the health of high use fields. We are very confident that the District’s investment in EcoFert will be justified by greater field sustainability and reduced costs for water, maintenance and fertilizers.”

EcoFert has “partnered” with the TUSD to ensure the sustainability and ability to maintain of all their fields. This will allow EcoFert to provide, in addition to supply of specified organic based soil amendments, fertigation system maintenance, and annual soil testing, the following for all TUSD sites: 1. Foliar application 2. Water conservation consulting 3. Irrigation system review 4. Field maintenance recommendations |
